So on my list of 52 things for 52 weeks in 2010 was a DIY kitchen project. Here's the result. Originally I had planned to sand all my cabinets down and do a darker stain on what I didn't paint, but I decided against it. Maybe later. I had also planned to paint my countertops, but when I went to buy my paint they only have a few color options for laminate, none of which I liked. So still trying to figure out what to do there. I also plan on replacing the light above the sink with a pendant light. But that is a project for another day.
